The problem
Progress was reported per asset by hand, so no one could see how a substation was actually tracking.
What we delivered
01Field staff complete forms per transmission line, individually
02Line inputs aggregate automatically into the substation form
03The system computes substation progress from its parts, rather than asking for a summary
Progress computed from its parts
Field staff complete a form per transmission line. Those inputs aggregate automatically into the substation form, and the system computes substation progress from them. Nobody is asked for a summary, so nobody can round one.
What changed
Project status is derived from field data, which makes delay visible early enough to act on.
