The problem
Verifying construction progress at remote sites meant sending someone, or trusting the report.
What we delivered
01Field engineers upload site images from mobile; the model classifies what it sees
02Detects foundation presence, tower erection stage and installed equipment, and estimates tower height
03Site-wise progress visualised centrally, flagging incomplete or non-compliant sites
What the model reads
Field engineers upload site photographs from mobile. The model detects plinth and foundation presence, classifies tower erection stage, identifies installed equipment — antennas, RRUs, cabling — and estimates tower height.
Why it matters at these sites
The sites are remote and hard to reach, so the alternative to image-based validation is a site visit or a trusted report. Central monitoring shows site-wise progress and flags incomplete or non-compliant sites.
What changed
Progress is validated against the photograph, so milestones move on evidence.
