Two kinds of audit
Virtual audits are live video walkthroughs of the centre. On-ground audits are geo-tagged mobile checklists. Both feed the same compliance record, so a centre's history is in one place.
Attendance integrity
Face recognition for students and trainers, geo-fenced to the centre, with real-time dashboards. Attendance drives funding, which is why it needed to be verifiable rather than declared.
