The problem
Cleaning logs, operator mapping and service audits all ran on paper and spreadsheets, so nothing was verifiable after the fact.
What we delivered
01QR codes at each cleaning zone open a mobile form with status, comments and photos
02Operator and site mapping ingested from SFTP automatically, with duplicate submissions blocked
03Thirteen scored audit forms for Southwest Airlines service areas, pushed hourly to Power BI
Four processes, one platform
The engagement covers QR-based cleaning logs at Amazon sites, automated operator and site mapping, operator-specific work location assignment, and a digital audit process for Southwest Airlines service areas. Each began as a separate spreadsheet exercise; all four now run on the same platform.
How the data moves
Submissions push hourly to Azure Blob storage and SFTP, which feed Power BI. Conditional logic blocks redundant submissions, so the dashboards reflect the day rather than a backlog of duplicates.
What changed
Site-level proof of work with photo evidence, error-free audit logs, and workforce visibility that updates through the day.
